Our Mission
Why We Exist
The Medical Minority Initiative exists because representation in medicine saves lives. Minority physicians are more likely to serve underrepresented communities, yet minority representation in medicine remains limited.
We build the pipeline, strengthen the network, and support direct community impact by working at every stage of the medical journey.
Our Impact Goals
- 3× — Greater likelihood of serving underrepresented communities
- 18% — Approximate underrepresented minority physician representation
- 56M — Americans living in medically underserved areas
- 2030 — Target year for physician pipeline growth

2. Community Healthcare Access

3. Professional Advancement
